Job Summary:
This is a 10 days assignment, five days meeting with the team and 3 days of preparation and compiling and outlining a methodology of the sessions which is expected to be structured as follows: 3 days of brainstorming and sharing concepts and practices and 2 days of developing an outline for the methodology. And finally the consultant is expected to hand in a report on the session with recommendations to SIHA (2 days).
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background on gender relations dynamics, concepts of masculinity and femininity in closed and deeply religious societies; experience, he or she will have socio- political awareness of the Horn of Africa. The candidate is to have will, have a strong training and facilitation capacity. The expert should furthermore have access to resources and information of relevance to the subject matter.
