SIHA is developing a handbook for teachers to employ as a tool of awareness and prevention against Sexual and Gender Based Violence in Sudan and in the process SIHA organized training of trainers workshops to be able to broaden the the use of the handbook across the country by as many teachers and schools as possible.
The handbook curriculum is based around the idea of schools and teachers committing to take extra-curricula activities dedicated towards awareness, building self esteem of both boys and girls and thus awareness against sexual violence and reproductive health rights.
